Commercial Insulation
EXCELLENT Based on 200 reviews Posted on KatTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. All Thermo cleaned out the 1960s insulation from the attic of my two-bedroom condo, sealed the ducts, sanitized the space and installed 14 inches of new insulation - and all of that in less than a day! They worked efficiently and cleanly - even took their shoes off in the house. Excellent service overall! Highly recommend!!!Posted on MichaelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired All Thermo to install Blown In insulation in my single family home. This company is run in an old school manor. Their Dad trained them well. The principals Christian and Jason Catesare are hands on: They answer the phone, show up promptly for an inspection of your property before and after the job, timely produce a quote, are on site when the crew is working, and they take before and after pictures of the insulation in the attic. Their crew was professional courteous and kept a clean workspace. To top it all off their price was more than acceptable. I would highly recommend Christian and Jason Catesare and All Thermo.Posted on Emma SuarezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a realtor time and time again duct work in older homes comes up on inspection yet A/C companies rarely if ever discuss when purchasing a new unit that it is important that your ducts are leak free, clean, the right size, efficient, and suspended. My home was no different and the quality of air certainly affecting our health. We were lucky to find All Thermo... family owned and operated! It is rare to find old fashioned customer service along with knowledge and expertise. They were thorough, cleaned up after themselves and never flinched at questions or going above and beyond! Thank you Christian and your entire team for doing a great job and going the extra mile! - JamiePosted on Tristine SargentTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had high humidity levels in our attic and assumed that we needed more ventilation to solve the problem. As a result of this assumption, we placed a $10,000 deposit with a roofing company to install solar powered fans. I also called All Thermo to have them look at our insulation in the attic. Christian explained that more ventilation would only increase our humidity levels. He recommended we seal off the attic completely and install a dehumidifier. Given that this was opposite advice from what we had previously been told, we consulted with 2 well-respected architects and an HVAC engineer (the man who wrote the HVAC code for Palm Beach County). All three professionals agreed that All Thermo gave us the right information. So we forfeited our deposit with the roofing company and hired All Thermo. It has been about 3 months since our install and we are extremely pleased with the result. The crew worked like a well oiled machine, arrived on time, were careful of our home, and cleaned up so well we would not have known they were there. The humidity level is set at 50%, I don’t hear it running and I didn’t notice a change in my electric bill. And even though we lost the $10k deposit with the roofer, the total cost was less than it would have been if we had proceeded with roof ventilation. These guys are top notch professionals. Every house in Florida should have this system.Posted on Marjorie ArnoldTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Super professional, knowledgeable and timely. Clean up was super!!!!!Posted on Ron STrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired All Thermo to replace my old a/c ducts and remove old attic insulation and install new insulation. The work was done exactly how it was explained to me before hiring them. I inherited this 40 year old house 12 years ago and have had to make numerous repairs and replacements. Almost every company I hired was a disaster. Either sending incompetent employees or not doing the job they were hired for properly forcing me to hire other people to correct the shoddy work. WHAT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE TO HIRE A COMPANY THAT WAS ALWAYS ON TIME, WHOSE EMPLOYEES WERE GOOD AT THEIR WORK AND COMPLETED EVERYTHING ON TIME. NOT ONLY IS ALL THERMO A GREAT COMPANY TO HIRE, THE PRICE I WAS CHARGED WAS EXTREMELY FAIR COMPARED TO OTHER ESTIMATES I GOT. FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE I STARTED DOING REPAIRS AND UPDATES ON THIS HOUSE I FINALLY GOT A COMPANY THAT LIVED UP TO THEIR PROMISES IN EVERY WAY. I WISH EVERY COMPANY I EVER HIRE IN THE FUTURE CAN BE AS GOOD AS ALL THERMO IS .Posted on Donald BlackTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. All Thermo delivered, excellent service, they removed old insulation, cleaned, disinfected , sealed A/C ducts, light fixtures and installed R-38 insulation. (2025)Posted on Paul ReadTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had All Thermo insulate my attic. I dealt directly with the owners Jason and Christian. Both of them were complete gentlemen and were great to deal with. They showed up in time as promised and they did a great job. Very clean and organized. Their crew that did the work were great. At the end of the job everything was cleaned up and you would never know they were here. I highly recommend All Thermo for you insulation needs.Posted on Carl BowkerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. All Thermo did a good job with insulation installation in my attic. They sealed all open spaces with foam and blew in a lot of insulation. They performed the installation within a week of getting the estimate. Christian and team were great.
Commercial Insulation Solutions for South Florida
South Florida has a climate that is very hard on buildings. The sun beats down every day. The air is heavy with water. This makes it hard to keep inside spaces cool. Many business owners see their electric bills go up because the air conditioning runs all the time. Commercial Insulation is the main way to stop this heat from getting in. It acts like a shield. It keeps the cool air where it belongs.
When a building has the right insulation, it handles the heat better. The humidity does not get inside the walls. The structure stays safer from water damage. Good insulation can help lower the work for cooling systems. This helps machines last longer. It makes the inside feel better for people working there.
What Insulation Types Work Well in Florida's Climate
Putting in Commercial Insulation means picking materials that can handle the heat and rain. The weather here destroys weak materials. You need stuff that is tough. Different types of insulation do different jobs. It depends on what the building needs.
Spray Foam Applications:
Closed-cell foam is hard and blocks water very well. It adds strength to the roof.
Open-cell foam is softer. It helps stop noise from outside. It lets the building breathe.
It seals up cracks so air does not leak out. This stops energy waste.
Blown-in Insulation Options:
Fiberglass pieces are blown in to cover the floor. It keeps heat down.
Cellulose is made from recycled paper. It is thick and stops heat well.
Workers use a machine to spray it. It fills hard corners that hands cannot reach.
Radiant Barrier Systems:
Shiny foil sheets reflect the sun’s heat. It works like a mirror for heat.
It works well with other insulation. It helps save more energy.
It keeps the space under the roof much cooler in the summer.
Insulation needs to be thick enough to work. In South Florida, we look for R-30 to R-38 levels. This is the rule for keeping heat out. All Thermo Insulation looks at the building first. We check the roof and the air flow. Then we say what will work to fix the heat problem.
